Romano Vasquez is a stage, TV, and movie actor and a singer. In theater, he was part of Repertory Philippines, CCP’s Tanghalang Pilipino, and Bulwagang Gantimpala to name a few. More popularly known in TV and the silver screen, Romano was part of national channel GMA7 show That’s Entertainment hosted by TV veteran German Moreno. He had appeared in several TV dramas in popular channels such as GMA7, ABS-CBN, IBC13, and ABC5 and in commercials as well. He had also been launched as one of the New Regal Babies of Regal Films. He had done films for Seiko Films, FLT, Taurus, and Tapestry International Films and had worked with Hollywood actors such as Richard Tyson, Chris Sarandon, and director Luka Bercovicci. He was also signed by Viva Records as a recording artist as part of the boy band trio Quamo which popularized the song “Sumpa Ko”, a Filipino adaptation of “I Swear” by the international group All 4 One.
